Meet Captain Rico! Captain is the United States Cost Guard Licensed Captain with over 30 years of combined experience of catching walleyes, jumbo yellow perch and other fish on Lake Erie. The captain is a licensed Lake Erie guide.

Strike Zone offers fun, memorable experience and welcomes anglers of all levels including youth. Lake Erie fishing trip with Strike Zone is a wonderful way to spend time with family and friends in intimate setting as this charter brings private learning experience of tournament style fishing for 3 or fewer people. Enjoy a great day or evening of fishing with Captain Rico!

Strike Zone departs from different docks and covers areas from the Islands to Ashtabula. The captain will take you to where the best bite is at the time (for more information please check Walleye Tips page). Your trip will be on a fully equipped 2024 Lund 2075 Fisherman Boat with 200 HP motor and everything else needed to get those big fish reeled in!!!!!!!!!!!!
